Since the initial popularity of Conservatories amongst wealthy Victorians, these predominately timber or steel exotic plant house structures have evolved into modern garden rooms more akin to an extension than the dank and draughty structures of yester year.

Assisted by developments in insulation levels for PVCu framing, increased insulation levels from specialist glass and the increased efficiency of insulation materials themselves, helped by a major shift in Building Regulations has permitted Central Consevatories to construct conservatories that allow all year round use, either as a room type structure or one which still retain the charm and design of the early Victorian structures, but with all the benefits of modern materials.

Standard sized framing can be accommodated, however experience has shown us that for a truly seamless operation, individual sizing provides for better use of sometimes limited spaces, although even when larger spaces are available, unique size or design features are still required and are beneficial for that extra individuality of design..
